Whether you’re a beginner to fitness or an athlete, Lagree is sure to give everyone a burn! Tara makes you feel so supported as soon as you walk through the doors and ensures you get the most out the class with plenty of laughs along the way. There is nothing else out there that compares to Lagree and their instructors. You have to give it a go!
