Wow what a terrible experienceCam in to deck out a boat first up hardly any stock on shelves was aproached by staff asking if they could helpI was told everyting is out back in the whare house and wasnt sure when it would be in the shop i picked up several items including fuel tank and asked whats the price as the shelf had no price listed this happened on a lot of the items no stock no priceWas verry stressed out trying to understand why it was so hard to put a price up or stock out i waled around the corner to another boat supply and fishing gear place everything on shelf everything with a price took 15min to get everything i needed in 1 stop and great help there

Great customer service! I recently ordered a product online for click-and-collect and it turns out it wasn't available in-store. The staff were quick to call me and arrange free delivery to my home from another store. There were some delays with getting this into their systems but every time I called BCF Launceston (to avoid this being forgotten about completely) the staff were extremely polite and helpful and the issue was eventually sorted out.

I would rate no stars if i could, Bunnings was less than half the price for a similar product. I asked for a refund and got a voucher, Sales person said it was a change of mind. Most other major stores are more than happy to give refunds if the product is unsuitable or you can get a better price. Looking at other comments its amazing you are still in business no wonder people are buying online

Good sized store, Most of the staff are friendly, I think on just one occasion I caught a staff member having a bad day, Plenty of items and 2 doors down from Sca can be handy at times

Bare in mind folks the actual refund policy is totally different from the generous online version. Apparently for the faulty product, you are expected to contact the factory to go through trouble shooting on your own, then the factory send email to the BCF store, then they can consider to do a refund or exchange.
