Was told 20min wait for xray. 45min later I asked at reception how long and I have been forgotten.

Never a long wait. Friendly staff. Pleasant surroundings to wait.

i only read the reviews after visiting - i was looking on line to find their names so i could send a personal thank you!!I was surprised with the negative feedback on this forum.I never write feedback but feel motivated to do so.Yes the clinic is a little dated in it's surroundings and as per all medical facilities or any service with appointments, times aren't always exact; this is something that generally is out of their control as every case is different and sometimes extra care is required.MY REVIEW IS 5 STARS - the care I received for my shoulder was exceptional!The x-ray person was polite, caring, efficient and professional.My ultrasound was thorough, very professional and informative - making sure I understood the depth of concern for immediate further medical attention and what would more than likely be expected outcome etc. Offering me as much assistance as was in their abilities and more.I cant thank them enough for their professionalism.At every moment I had every faith I was in the best of hands!!Thank you - Thankyou!!! ;)

Every staff member is so friendly, helpful & professional. I dealt with Tina over a few day's regarding paperwork needed from Gold Coast Hospital. She went above & beyond ringing the Hospital for information required. Thank you so much Tina for your professionalism. Regards, Sue.

My experience on Thurs 30th May was great. Friendly staff member on the front desk. I didn't have to wait long for my appointments. I had an ultrasound and xray of my shoulder. Both appointments were quick. I requested to have the images and received them shortly after my appointments. I also requested for the reports to be sent to my chiropractor, which the lady on the front desk was happy to do. Overall great experience.

7 days to wait for resultsHow appallingNever in my life have had to wait that long .Wouldn't want to be serious.ShameAwful service

I was booked in today for a scan and Xray - appointment at 4.20pm. I arrived at approx. 4.05pm with one other person in the reception area ( who was waiting for his wife who was being treated). Wfe came out at approx. 4.15pm In the meantime another person arrives about 10 minutes after i did and was attended to around 4.30pm. No other patients in reception except myself. I finally got to go in for my scan around 5.05pm - why the wait / delay - who knows. Not as though there was 16 patients waiting to be seen. The lady rocked up as if nothing was out of the usual - no explanation as to why the delay. Need to have more respect and empathy for patients. If there is a delay then let the patient know why. No fault whatsoever from receptionists - they were fantastic.Score out of 5 - a big 1.

Very prompt, friendly service. No waiting. The procedure I had was smooth and easy, carried out seamlessly by a competent lady. I'd recommend this business.

Yes it's old, but you know what... I've been there multiple times for a broken leg, each time the ladies have welcomed me, have been professional and just down to earth. The radiologist lady was great, she spoke very clear and helped me. I would rather an older x-ray department with beautiful people than a flash newer one and just be another number"."

Wonderful staff, I went in feeling really light headed and with cold sweats. The staff very kindly sat me down and got me some water and made sure I was alright. Very positive experience, been going here for years and never had anything less than a pleasant experience.
