B&M's Pave N Drain

We recently had our backyard brick paved by B&Ms Pave N Drain and couldn't be happier with the service and quality of the work provided! Dean visited our property within 24hrs of requesting the quote, and had the quote prepared within a matter of days, the job was completed shortly after and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. Will certainly be recommending their service to others and utilising in future!

Great job from Dean and the team replacing a faulty soakwell. Saved the house from flooding after the heavy rains.

Deane and his team did a excellent job installing 3 soak wells, redoing down pipes and paving down one side of our house. There were no surprises with the price and the workmanship was great.

Good news story!I had the guys at Pave Drain install paving for my new two storey home ten years and I recall back then them saying if there's anything wrong with the paving or their work they would come out. So I thought I'd call them...Over the last two three months a particular section of my driveway was caving in so I thought I would call them to see what they would say. When I spoke to Deane, Owner, he mentioned that he was in my area and that he would call in to see the issue.So, Deane arrives and straight up says I see your issue". He then goes on to tell me "I bet you have something underneath which is the issue and its not the paving that is the issue". Whilst talking to me he pulls out some tools and gets on his knees pulling out some of the paving having a good chat. In awe of his work whilst digging and using a rod to inspect the soil underneath

First time using their service. Deane is very professional and his passion for the job shows through his dedication to deliver a quality result. He took the time to talk me through the job and send me a detailed quote. The blokes that actually did the job for me were also very professional and courteous. They were also more than happy to work around my two large dogs. Would call on these guys again in the future should I have any further paving or draining requirements!

We have used B&M Paving & drainage services for several years now. When we need a job done we go straight to Dean, his team of paving & draining specialist treat our house, garden & dogs with respect, l cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Dean is awesome, his knowledge & expertise, if he can't do, or help, he knows someone that can. He is a man of his word, if he says he will be there, he's there, very rare in trades people these days. Another job well done at our home by Dean & his awesome team.

I previously reported that for I was charged $1440 for one man to remove and replace a grate on a sump or well liner and remove 3 barrow loads of sand/leaves all done in less than 90 minutes. So the rate was $1000/hour for 1 man and a small amount of cement. In contrast I just got a driveway crossover today. There were 5 men and two trucks. They took the surface off the existing crossover, then laid and compacted 1/3 of a cubic metre of asphalt. They took 70 minutes. The cost was $1250. Less than $250/man/hour PLUS trucks and a compactor used. What a contrast. So professional and excellent value compared to the exorbitant cost of B&M.

Thank you to Dean and the team for solving my drainage issues. I have battled for 10 years with flooding in my backyard and have had many contractors attempt to fix my problem without any success. Dean’s knowledge is undeniable and he came up with a cost effective solution and carried out the job in a timely and professional manner. I would not use anyone else in the future.
