We used Auto King for a Safety Certificate. Luke from Capalaba was professional, friendly and went out of his way to help take an awning off the car. I would definitely use this company again. Fantastic service

Very quick to arrive. Diagnosed the problem straight away. The guy that did the job was awesome.However whoever answered the initial phone call could do with some training. He kept cutting me off when trying to explain the problem to him and the location of the car and was very curt and abrupt.Other than that I can't fault them. Price for the job was very reasonable also

Yesterday, my work van had a sudden loss of power going up over the bridge, luckily I managed to pull over somewhere safe the other side. I called Auto King- spoke with Amanda. Told her my location and she abruptly informed me that they had no mechanics in that area to help with my breakdown and then hung up the phone.Luckily for me, the next mobile mechanic company I tried were able to get to me within an hour and fixed the engine problems for me on the day so I could continue running my business. So thanks Auto King for your complete lack of professionalism and I was more than happy to spend over $2000 with them, meaning that Auto King have now missed out on a nice sum. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

They were quickly available and completed work fast. Prices were affordable considering the work they completed for me and allowed me to make payment though Afterpay (as I was not prepared for my car to die) - super accommodating and patient when explaining the issues to me :)

Needed a Roadworthy and service on my car and was able to get a spot the next day. The mechanic was polite and professional and everything was done in a timely manner and at a great price. First time using Auto King will definitely use again.

I called Auto King to have someone replace my starter motor. Will, the mechanic, was at my house within 1 and a half hours. The job took just over an hour, and the best part was that it cost the same as a regular mechanic. Without the hassle of towing and waiting around all day. Great job. Thanks.

The mechanic knew straight away the problem was the Hyundai clutch trigger and had a quick fix to help me survive until I could get to Hyundai for the new grommet.

First time using these guys, found them to be prompt and did a good job but I think what I liked the most was the guy was no nonsense and didn’t try to fool me with BS. I thought the pricing was good and I’ll definitely use them again.
