A great little local business ran by a wonderful couple who are only to eager to please. Well worth supporting

last year, i went to dollar tree with two friends. we are really well behaved, compared to other “stereotypical” teenagers, however this did not change the staffs’ opinion.the reason why we went in was because one of my friends was into crochet at the time, so we wanted to buy wool.when we walked in, we were told to come back later as we had slurpees (understandable), however when we came back, we are kicked out within 5 minutes because we tried on kid’s dress up hats and took photos. we were literally just having fun like normal teenagers.i will never go back.

Great shop with very friendly staff

The shop owner is very rude and creepy. We were just browsing and he suddenly rudely asked if I am a competitor and if i am spying. Thats very offensive. We were just walking in the shop, NOT taking pictures or botes. So weird. Absolutely bad customer experience.

Nice big shop with a large selection... the staff (owners I think) are very friendly.

Quite disappointed. I’ve been shopping here since I moved to Manly. I’ve always advocated for small business and shopping locally to support the community.Today I bought a glass jar for Father’s Day and took it home to fill it. As I opened it, the lid shattered. When I returned to the store the male owner claimed that he couldn’t be sure that I a) bought it from him (this is despite him saying “when I packed it for you it wasn’t broken” and b) didn’t just drop it on the floor and break it myself.I clearly bought the jar for a reason and now need to find a replacement. The ill will that this transaction has caused is significant and I won’t be purchasing from Dollar Tree Wynnum again despite the convenience to my home and my desire to buy local.A shame. A real shame.
