Where do I start. My husband and I took our caravan to this company to have a weight upgrade on our caravan. From the moment we arrived the ladies in the office was so polite and helpful. Caleb looked over our van to see if an upgrade was possible. He got under our van and notice the springs we’re not strong enough for our van and the u bolt had up a big dint in our chassis. He was so helpful and went into the office and found a place in Queensland that sold the springs we needed. They only had six left as they are not made anymore (we needed 4). So I was able to buy the 4 payed for them and had them sent to Felk Engineering. Felk Engineering let us leave our van there instead of towing it back to Camden in Sydney . This all happened on the Monday , Wednesday we got a call to say our spring had arrived and Caleb will fit them. Received a call Wednesday afternoon to say our van was ready to be picked up. So today Friday we went and pick our van up. To say we are ecstatic over the work was done is an under statement . Caleb done our up grade welded a second chain on our draw bar and replace our springs with the new ones. Thank you Caleb and all the workers at Felk for going out of your ways to help us and being so professional . Just goes to show that there still is a great company that takes pride in their workman ship and knows how to treat their customers. Oh and we were so happy with the price. So we would highly recommend Felk Engineering.

OMG!!! They are amazing!! Great communication and service. Had a Caravan draw bar extension and suspension upgrade and super happy with the results and super cost effective!!Could charge double for the work and craftsmanship they provide!!On ya Felk Team!!

I recently ordered a 19ft trailer for my heavy 6.1m fibreglass boat. After driving it home, due to signs of excessive pressure on the boat nose, the trailer was returned for inspection. To their great credit, FELK staff immediately agreed to add an extra set of forward rollers and modify the nose support, amazingly, at no cost! This modification has also now been permanently incorporated into this FELK trailer size design. Their ability to immediately acknowledge a slight design deficiency, and their willingness to offer an immediate and permanent fix to my trailer (at no cost) and their own trailer design, speaks volumes for the utterly professional approach by both Michael and Nicky to their family business, and their customers. This sincerity was stunningly unexpected! Without doubt, a quality outcome in all respects! Thanks folks!

Narelle and Michael took time out of their day to really help me with a confusing issue I had, pre even engaging their services which speaks volumes. Everywhere else turned their nose up and these two went above and beyond with willingness to help. I worked out what I need and will be seeing them later in my build for certification and record changes now. Thank you so much!

We got our caravan checked and ATM upgraded by Caleb at FELK Engineering. It was quick and easy process by very helpful, friendly and professional team. Truly recommend FELK Engineering.

Would like to advise anyone looking for tailer modifications etc. or a new trailer should contact Felk Engineering. Difficult to find a Design & Construct trailer company with the knowledge, know how and attention to detail. The team there are FANTASTIC and offer good old fashioned customer service. I recently picked up a boat trailer that we modified with rollers, new draw bar and dual wheels. It is 100% on the old trailer and now able to handle the harsh conditions that I subject it to. First contact was with Samantha for a quote which I felt was prompt and reasonable.Michael, Nicky, Shane and the team did a great job of following up and handing over, very thorough, great job! Awesome Company.

Thanks to Shane and the team at Felk for custom building a trailer for my tiny house on wheels. Not only did they build a great foundation for my new mobile home they also provided great after market service making modifications and adaptations as I required. Great advice and service - highly recommend.

Times are crazy at the moment but Felk did not disappoint. Exceptional service, kept to a lead time (even beat it by a week) and were always friendly and ready to take any questions or queries throughout the process.Could not recommend highly enough.

Fantastic customer service! Micheal and his team were fantastic. Booked our trailer in and picked it up today. Nothing was a hassle for them. They helped put the trailer on my car too as I had a sleeping baby in he car. Highly recommend.

A few years ago I bought a Felk box trailer, as it seemed better than alternatives. It was used for general duties, from carrying furniture to gravel. I recently realised that I needed it to help me move to Tasmania. At short notice Felk managed to refurbish the trailer and fit a cage. Great service as well as a great trailer.
