These guys made an appointment with me to show up at my house.I told them the address on the phone when I was making the appointment.Appointment time comes and they’re not at my house.Rang - passed through 2 other people, then driving instructor and they said it was to be at Vic roads.Said they didn’t know my address after I repeated it 3 times during the current call and I talk very clearly due to my job... also, they had our phone number and didn’t even call to see where we were, if we were late etc.But then offered me lesson half price so I said yes ok. Then asked me my address again.So unprofessional and sounds like the whole “household “ has massive communication understanding issues.Do not go with them - even though their cheap. Who knows what would happen.

Steve was very professional and an excellent drive instructor. I was able to clear the test in my first attempt. Thank you Steve!!

The experience was terrible. I had an appointment at 02:30 pm but no one seems to be picking up until 04:00 pm. Not so professional in terms of customer service.Not sure how the driving and tutoring skills are though.
