Tim Davies Landscaping

From starting work without required council permits to work left partially done for months, trespassing and damaging property. It's hard not to be disappointed. I don't wish anyone to have to deal with this team.

TDL designed and installed my front garden. I couldn't be happier with both the process and the outcome.They have since helped improve my back garden as well as in going maintenance. Their advice is fantastic. The first hardener I've dealt with who actually listened to what I liked and put it in the design. For the maintenance being able work out what they need to do given the work I want to do, is stress free and easy.A shoutout to Adam who continues to support my growing knowledge of gardening and Vin and the team for the installation.I highly recommend the team at TDL.

We are delighted with our new outdoor living spaces created by the Tim Davies team.The team designed our front, side and rear yards, navigating our needs including dogs and numerous allergies. The design incorporated paving, decking, reticulation, planting, grass, laser-cut screening, lighting, shed, fencing and water feature/ornamentation. The design experience was terrific, including our interactions with Tim, Ruby, Gavin and David.The construction team were also fantastic, led by Jay and Rob. Ethan and Tom were on site daily – all were professional, friendly and hard-working, eliciting positive feedback from neighbours. Other trades on site procured by TDL were of a high standard. Additional requests were managed efficiently by Jay and the project completed as scheduled ahead of Christmas.We now have beautiful outdoor spaces that we want to spend more time in with family and friends. The gardens are transformed in the evening with magical lighting, and we look forward to seeing how they evolve over the years to come. TDL have lived up to their reputation and we couldn’t be happier.

edit 9/1/23:After posting this review on the landscaping team and the overcharging I just got a rude email from Narelle the accounts manager. Asking for me to send the CCTV as I they don’t take my word for it all this time (doesn’t believe us - lovely- well I cannot believe it either being ripped off 3 times in 6 months) and to ask me to remove this review. Well, I’ve since sent them the video through this morning :) which backs up the overcharging for time.We have experienced both landscaping design (spent about $50k) with TDL, and then the last year have had regular maintenance by the team.Vin, Carter and the landscaping team were amazing - excellent and I cannot recommend them highly enough, and we will have them back when we finish our renovations in a couple of years to the do the final large courtyard. We love what they have done so far, it is amazing.However - maintenance, has not been a good experience (this is a separate team). The team have now overcharged us on 3 separate occasions. They charge $70 per person per hour plus GST, and I work from home and have security cameras, so see exactly when they arrive and leave. The first time I was overcharged for time was for $70 plus gst. The second time I was overcharged by about $170 plus gst. The excuse was they billed me for the previous house - just another mistake they said. Now, I’ve been overcharged by an hour again which is extremely disappointing.We are cancelling my regular TDL maintenance services, when you pay $70 per hour per person you don’t expect to be overcharged month after month :( appears to be a systemic issue. Check your bills!I wonder how many people just pay the bill and don’t question this?

Andy and the small projects team were great, they did a great job rejuvenating our front yard. Would happily recommend them to anyone who wants landscaping done.

We could not recommend TDL anymore if we tried. They honestly delivered an absolute fantastic landscaping result on our new Karrinyup home. TDL Project Managers Vinson & Carter listened to all our landscaping vision and needs, were patient with design questions, gave great advice and then executed all aspects of the landscape design (concrete, decking, grass, retic, trees, lighting etc.) in great time. From someone in the property development industry we always wanted TDL to landscape our house and Vinson and his team did not disappoint. We are now able to enjoy Xmas on our fresh lawn and host holiday events. Five stars for TDL!

Very happy with the lawn that the TDL team installed for us. Very fast, efficient and professional. Andy always provided updates and the guys were in and out in only a couple of days.

We have used TDL on a semi-regular basis over the past few years for general garden maintenance and we are consistently pleased with the results. One of their key strengths is the ability to source, and get access to, a wide range of specialist service providers to see a job all the way through. We recently had an area paved through TDL and at a critical moment we hit a reticulation issue. No problem, with TDL! Not only did the Project Managers turn up to assess the issue, they used their fire power to pull two retic experts off a nearby project to get our situation sorted, allowing the paver (who was also a great bloke) to get on with his work. Great collaboration, great communication and a great outcome. 5 stars!
