I read reviews that a booking was a must so I made a booking for 10.30am (the place opens at 10.30am. I walked in at 10.27am and before I could say anything, I was rudely told to leave and come back as they open at 10.30am. Their Open sign was facing towards the 'Open' direction so therefore I suggest they flip it to 'Closed' if they are not opened yet. This would save any pain for future customers who would like to dine in.As someone who's been in hospitality before, I don't believe this was great customer service and had actually ruined my experience. She then flipped a switch and was super nice to us afterwards. All other staff were friendly. I'm sure other patrons have had better experiences than us. Just a warning, do not come early to your booking or before the place opens.We had about 10 dishes amongst 4 of us. The only ones to note were the brown rice flour roll, salted egg yolk bun and a meatball dumpling. On average it costed $40 each inclusive of the 10% card surcharge.Would not go back as there are other dim sum places around with better prices, customer service and similar dishes.

I have visited the place about three times, and the dinner, two weeks ago was absolutely the worst. The female owner was always rude. The food was average, and paying a 15% service charge was a waste. I don't want to go there again."

Our first time at this restaurant. Owner is very passionate about the food served and we could tell it is made from scratch and no MSG. The owners unique personality in the way she conversed with us made the experience even more memorable.

This has always been a great venue for dim sum nearby. Their staples are excellent and very well worth trying - they have the usual assortment of dishes that you must try. The restaurant is spacious and can accomodate many although you will need to book before you come. I’m hearing rumours that this venue will be closing down in a couple of months and if that’s true you definitely should get down here and try it before it closes!!

I'm not a big fan of Chinese food, but my colleague suggested us have lunch there because she's a friend of the old lady owner, honestly I don't like eating somewhere that doesn't provide excellent customer service; the food was nice but pricey; when we got our bill, it was $35 per person among six of us! This is the most expensive Chinese meal I've ever had.Anyway I don’t go back there

Went back then today and the beef stomach and chicken feet were on point!!Went back there after covid. Still strong service, chicken feet were a bit sub par, needs more flavour. Shu mai were very nice and there was no wait for a change as it was a Weekday. Canton Lane in Belmont forum is still number 1 for yum cha tho.Reasonable yum cha, no long waits like in northbridge with about 70% of the standards. Dishes I liked beef stomach & chicken feet .

Very yummy fresh dimsum dishes. We always go there for lunch and we are never disappointed! Staff is very friendly and service is very quick. Food is very tasty and place is very clean as well. They also have high chairs for the little ones. We highly recommend this place. Will definitely be back!

Never disappointed!No need to mention the food, the best in Perth.I read some reviews that the employer has a bad attitude, but I think some guests are not very polite either. It has already been written that an appointment must be made in advance, and the customer did not respect the store's regulations, so who is more rude?The lady always be very nice to me, I definitely will go back again and again!

AMAZING HOST AND OWNER.Phyllis AKA Asian Karen" selected the most delicious and appropriate dishes for our group.And was so entertaining.Thank youBUT! You absolutely must book ahead. We booked 1.5 hrs ahead and was no problem. It's not because there's no spare tables
