First of all I want to start off by saying, buying a house is a stressful enough process and having an extremely pushy agent just makes the experience a whole lot worse. We found a house we were thinking of purchasing and I stupidly told the agent what our budget was .. next thing I new I had been pushed into making an offer at our max amount as she said she wouldn’t take an offer to the seller unless it had an 8 in front of it, then it was magically accepted by the seller. All of this was done over the phone, nothing was done face to face or In the office with any explanation of contracts, section 32’s ..nothing! We were told if we didn’t have the offer done that day we would miss out and someone else would buy it. So we had no time to digest anything. The next day we went in to sign the contract of sale and the agent wasn’t even there, she had palmed us off to her assistant who proceeded to tell us that we didn’t have to be ‘subject to finance’ in the contact.. her words .. ‘it’s ok you guys will be fine!’ Like she was a mortgage broker who knew our finance details. We ended up signing the contract then retracting the next day as we had such a rushed and bad experience.. turned out NO ONE was interested in the house and it has sold 2 months later for $25,000 less! Never would I trust the O’brien Real estate name again.

Jason and the team are friendly and easy to deal with. As the leaders of the OBrien family, you can see the example they're setting, but it's obvious this is filtering through the whole business! Well done OBrien Real Estate!

I am very pleased with the services from Anna Molinaro in regards to leasing my rental properties. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. All I can say, is thank goodness we no longer have to deal with Cranbourne O'Brien Real estate ever againIt has been the most awful, strenuous and taxing 14 months of our lives.From having to live in a mould filled house for 2 and a half months without any assistance what so ever from the real estate agency as a whole, your attentiveness to tenants well fair and health is abysmal, the constant lack of communication was terrible, the continual absence of attention you gave us as tenants, the common breakdown of an incredibly faulty dishwasher and not having anyone come and fix it, and excuses that were made every time we spoke to your reception was astounding.Now after 2 months of being out of the rental, we are still pending our bond payment and have been taken to VCAT court (which we won because you didn't have a single leg to stand on)Since the court appointment did no go in your favor last week, you have intentionally stuffed up paperwork for our bond to be reimbursed and extended the 48 hour payment turn around to what will end up being close to 2 weeks.The most pathetic bunch of 'real estate agents' I have ever come acrossI honestly hope you treat every other tenant better than how you treated us (although that wouldn't be difficult at all!!)The 5 star ratings on their Facebook page are quite humorous!
