No soap Detergent for Tyre and shine.Again No Detergent for Foam BrushAnd Most of all No Hot water for High pressure wax!???That’s like washing your dishes at home with cold water and paying for using Hot.Come on guys pick it up and give the customer what they expect and deserve for there money. I’ll come back one more time but if it’s the same then that will be the last.

Not sure if it's worth the 1 star. Absolute waste of money, better off using the garden hose! Used manual wash as the Auto is below average.Took the car down to Zippys and very happy with the results

Whatever the option u select on the menu, u only get water. No detergent no soap, no soap even in the brush. Always need to put $2. $1 is not working.

Stay away if you value your duco. Foam brush has no foam, just soap which left car covered with fine scratches. Emailed company but no response at all. Stick to the reputable car washes.

Put $1 in wash bay to rinse car and wouldn't work and no attendant to speak to about it. Then i went through car wash(basic wash) which was $12 and that's $4 more that the place I normally go. It didn't do a very good job at all and there was no rinse cycle. There was also a .20c charge service fee for using debit card. I won't be back.

I’ve paid $20 for an auto car wash an only did that because I wanted the under side sprayed an it hasn’t been sprayed at all.. what a waste of money if I wanted a basic wash I would’ve gone with the cheap option I chose this option only cos I specifically wanted my underneath sprayed an it legit didn’t. Won’t be coming back and definitely putting in for a partial refund because that wasn’t what I paid for.

The worst car wash I have been too, barley any soap comes out, cold water only. Car still dirty and wasn’t even that bad to begin with!Go to Gepps cross instead if you want a good wash

Wish I has seen the reviews before coming here. Absolute rubbish carwash/the automatic one as it didn't even wash the car at all! Still has dirt all over it. And didn't even wash under the car as selected. At all costs go somewhere else
