Beloporto Burger Bar @ Byron Bay

Ordered on Sunday lunch around 11:30am.Oil was still heating for the chips, despite being open for 30minutes. They did inform us of the case so the wait (30minutes) was OK.Friendly staff, although quite rushed.Burgers were a generous size. Each of the four people I was with got beef. I would go back to try the chicken after reading other reviews. Chips were OK, nothing special.

Nice folks quick service, but food was just ok. Burger meat didn't taste like home made patties, but like ready purchased patties. Wasn't quality meat for sure. The bun was ok, nothing special and the chips were again pre-bought chips. I always wonder how they make these because when I make my own using a potato it tastes nothing like these snackbar chips. Just an average burger place, not what I expected with 4.3 stars.

Burger was alright. Chips where horrible… I’ve spent years working in takeaway shops when I was younger and I’m pretty sure the chips had been cooked then re-heated 2 or 3 times again.. they were still cold and tasted absolutely horrible

I've been going to Beloporto since it opened in the arcade years ago. I drive into town to pick up a meal there. Up until the past 18 months it was great. I understand it has been hard to get cooks but when the weight of my meal, is HALF as much as it used to be and I have to make a second meal when I get home, it's very off putting. It used to be consistent... a satisfying meal with great chicken tenderloins cooked well. Now half the time, I pick up the box when it's ready and it's featherweight light and the chicken that is there is dry. I'd love to speak to a manager rather than leave a review like this but really have no option.

Big portions and good values. Burger was very juicy. Be careful when eating after 7pm because there were few drunk racist people around to abuse customers.

Good burgers, fair priced. Place look à not untidy and understaffed but still good to stop for a snack. Around 20$ for a meal

Best burger I've had in Australia so far! I had the bbq double double (or something like that) from the specials menu, and it was perfect. Only criticism is that it was too big to finish, and I didn't want to leave anything behind. Will definitely be calling in again next time I'm in Byron
