First time going to south pine road at Arana & it was terrible. I’ve been to many before but I wasn’t aware it was the self service facility. It was dirty and there was nowhere to even wash your Hands. I’ll never return to that site .

Only one staff for a busy day. You need to wait for the long queue to get your refunds. Not recommended.

Have used this location a number of times. The staff member there is really helpful and friendly. The place is as clean and tidy as a business of this nature can be. In and out quickly - all good.
