Nat is the best and humble officer. She ensures applicant understands her instructions. Her voice is so clear and loud to understand. I was nervous but she keeps me relaxed throughout the test. Thanks Nat. We need officers like you. I did my test with Imperial Driving School.

Had my driving test done here at melton . It was good experience. My driving tester, Megan was so nice throughout the test no pressure at all that makes me feel so comfortable, all her instructions were precise & clear which made me pass test. Thanks Megan

I had Nat for the driving test. A truly awful representative at VicRoads. I acknowledge and accept I failed my test, but having said that, the test ended early due to my error, it was her response in disclosing I’d failed that I felt was ruthless. “I hate failing people,” she said, and slammed the car door. Five minutes later she was off testing another prospective driver. It’s an absolute business, money-making scheme. She was so keen to have my test over and done with to do another test that she was completely hasty in ending the exam. I feel like there’s somewhat of a bias there. If there wasn’t another learner to be tested five minutes after me, would my test have ended early? She didn’t even ask if I was ok, or no words of encouragement to try again, openly cold and mentioned at the very start, “there will be no chitchat between us unless it’s to repeat my instructions.” Which is fair, but the lack of any friendly candour or helpfulness absolutely contradicted her “Customer Service” badge she wore. If you’re looking for a human experience, perhaps you’d be better off having AI be your test instructor. Nat has no idea how to be personable. A truly horrible experience and completely destroyed my self confidence. If you’re having a bad day, I get it, just move on, but don’t be cold and unfeeling to your customers otherwise they’ll just think you’re a terrible person.

Had my drive test done here today with the instructor Scott. Great instructor and professionalism at its best. He helped me feel relaxed and calm before starting the test. Had really good feedback from him as well. Thanks for your calm demeanour throughout the test Scott, it did help me ace my drive test.

I went with Navneet for my drive test. She is very nice and made me so comfortable right before my test, I was very calm that really helped me in good drive. And I got my license. Thank you soo much.

so upset with my service.i went in there the start of the week, served pretty quickly, unsure exactly what i was doing so i was a little awkward but still very polite. and the lady completely ambushed me with rudeness. i didn’t get any explanation on what i needed i just got “goodbye” and she waved her hand at me. i felt so humiliated and then the staff next to her laughed with her. it was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.super dissatisfied and feel so disrespected.

I had a very tremendous experience with testing officer Scott few days ago. He was very humble and respectful to me and my client. His way of passing instructions were very clear and he delivered very professional customer service. We need officers like him. Other staff of Melton is also very friendly and helpful.
