Pure legends called about a house pump we had no water they where here within a few hours with a brand new pump and had the house back up and pumping water. Highly reccommend. Their service is execellent and will continue using in the future. That’s guys

Bruce is knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I called him to find a capacitor. Not really knowing what I needed, Bruce was able to ask enough questions to identify the correct item for me. I called into his showroom to purchase said item and it was spotless.Thanks for your help Bruce.

Terrible service, placed order I followed up with SMS, said the pump had arrived in store, on pick up was then told pump hadn't been ordered and didn't know anything about but on searching owner was able to retrieve details of order on SMS, placed order again, I followed up when again said should be arriving rang multiple times to then be told by owner said pump was still sitting with distributor. More than a little frustrating experience.
