Filing my tax with POP was extremely easy and affordable. We mainly communicated through E-mail which is my preferred way, and the replies were quite swift. Any questions I had were answered professionally.I would use their service again in the future. Accounting service (James P) is OK but admin is very poor. Invoice is not auto-sent every month. Need to keep requesting and waste a lot of time and effort to finally get it. Every month they said the issue is fixed, but it happens again and again. Very unprofessional.While calling in, the person answering the phone is unable to solve any issue on the spot. Just ask a lot of questions, take notes. It's better to just write an email. At least I don't to keep repeating myself and explaining things. However, nowadays they don't even want to reply to email! Terribly unbelievable!All in all, if the admin is good, there is no need to contact support. Now, admin is bad, support is not helpful. Feeling very frustrated. Even simple things can't be done well. What else can we expect?In short, very inefficient and disappointing. To anyone thinking to engage their service, please consider extremely carefully.

would not recommend these people to anyone, i was given 2 different accountants in my dealing with Pop, after both accountants left the business, i needed some simply clarification on my tax return that i had already paid for, i have not been given a replacement accountant. getting any information from them takes literally weeks. and i still have not received answers about my return at the time of writing. extremely poor run organisation in my opinion
