I purchased a clip from Decjuba, once I put it on my hair got chopped off a whole strand of my hair got chopped off I’m very upset never buying from them ever again

I tried to exchange two brand new tops with tags still on that were given to me as gifts and didn’t suit me. They didn’t care in the slightest and wouldn’t do anything without a receipt. No care for the customer whatsoever. Think twice about shopping with these people. It’s all about the money and zero customer service. I’ve heard of other stores happily exchanging without a receipt so this is really sad to see.
