IGA Local Grocer Bundanoon

There is very little I cannot get from my shopping list. Great staff.Today, there was beautiful fresh Hot Cross Buns. They were so yummy. Staff are lovely and very helpful!

I would describe this shop as a large corner store, has bare essentials. Coles Moss Vale suited me more. But the singular staff was very nice and there are a few parking spots available.

This new grocer is such a massive improvement! There are seasonal and local produce, an Asian food section (gasp!), high quality deli goods available with extended trading hours and friendly service that includes home delivery. Who needs to go to Moss Vale ever again?

Given they’re undergoing renovations, they had a good variety of products available. Some local artisanal products which was a nice find.Higher prices than what I would pay normally, even in a regional area. Fruit and veg could be better quality, some of it appeared to have gone a little past it’s best. We bought some tomatoes, avocados (which was quite bruised when we cut it open), some bread and cured meats. The bread was good.Would go back again, once renovations were complete.

Friendly staff and reasonable stock for a small village supermarket... but they could do much better (and make more money) just by surveying what customers actually WANT... and ensuring reasonable pricing on popular items. But it's a good backstop shop

Place is clean, well stocked and the staff are friendly. Prices and product are pretty good for a village supermarket. Such a vast improvement from the previous owners.Only place where I can get PORK PIES and SCOTCH EGGS. YUMMO.Waiting for the homemade bread & butter pudding to come in.

In all honesty, this store is probably excellent for the locals - but as visitors just looking for drinks and snacks it was not what we expected and didn't meet our needs.What I did notice was a variety of fresh veggies and other household staples at prices to rival the larger supermarkets. This would be great if your accommodation has cooking facilities - especially if you forgot something.Had The Village Grocer & Store had what we needed, certainly would have given more stars...

Every week you go in there has been more effort and work put in to sourcing new local produce and improving presentation and cleanliness. So proud of this wonderful, top class store. People will come from far and wide for your ever growing cheese section. Thank you.

Love the new renovations and the fresh produce display. Helpful staff. Still a bit expensive but understandable for a small independent shop. It's the convenience. Thanks

Check the expiry dates on every item before you pay. Made that mistake!Avoid and drive/walk a few hundred meters up the road. You will be much better off! The Butcher and Deli are fantastic, much friendlier too!!Bundanoon is a great town with well over 2500 residents. 25 reviews is 1% - probably just friends and family.Check out the rest of the town first and only use this place as a last resort.EDIT: I don't normally leave reviews - why bother? I just never go back! Made this account especially to warn people about this place. They wouldn't have done that.
