The quality of service is never the same. I'm always left with tint on my brows and they get tint in my eye when I get my eye lashes tinted. They put the cotton for threading in their mouths, which is extremely unhygienic. Always rude and pushy with product sales. I wouldn't need to buy the Brow powder you push on people if you did the tint correctly

I understand its a public holiday and people want to finish on the time their scheduled to finish. But with 40 minutes to spare and I've driven an hour for a Brazilian, you think they'd be a bit more lenient.Customer service isnt appreciated here. Just the time they get out.The last time I came here to get my eyebrows done, they were only half done too. Still tiny hairs were present and tinting wasn't done evenly. Generally just disappointed.

From Darwin and needed a tidy up. Read the reviews and was unsure but thought I’d give them a go. When I called to book in, the lady was lovely telling me to come straight in. When I arrived I was greeted with a friendly hello and smile, was taken care of straight away. She talked me through the options and I had the full face threading done, plus the neck. Threading I had done was excellent . Can recommend this business

I had my eyelashes done here last week. I was in and out in 10 minutes!!! Minimum it’s ever taken would have to be an hour! Eyelashes were stuck to my eyelids and it hurt! Absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced! The lady was RUDE and couldn’t even raise a hello. How she has a job is beyond me! Absolutely dissatisfied and a waste of $85! Won’t have my business again!

Talking to much in own language which i dont mind but they were really load when speaking it and not concentrated on my eyebrows and and left so much hair on them i had to pluck when got home. The other shop in kangaroo flat is so good i recommend to go there..

Extremely rude service. I left feeling bad about myself after comments made by the lady who did my brow wax and tint. AND i had to pluck when I got home because there was so many stray hairs. Will not be going back here. Ever.

This was the worst wax I've ever had. I was in and out in under 10 minutes for an eyebrow and half leg wax. They practically threw wax on my forehead as part of my eyebrow wax and they missed large strips of hair on my legs. Never again.

I had done threading before 1 months and service was really good and I was very satisfied with my threading so, I had come back again today and the lady whose name was Jass had done my threading and was very rude and very unprofessional. Has got so much attitude and doesn’t do the work properly. She did my threading and she even didn’t clean it up. Never coming back again because of that lady attitude and services. She shouldn’t be on the job. And I think she doesn’t know how to do it.

Didn’t ask what I wanted done, cut my eyebrows and left a large patch. Shape is wrong, lots of stray hairs not picked up and the shape. You’re better off charging more and taking time to do these right. I’d happily pay more than twice the price and be happy. Won’t be going back.

Got my brows done here today at the bendigo store. The places looks really lovely but they had terrible customer service. When I walked in they didn’t even approach me they just sat there. The lady that did mine was so quick and didn’t even ask me how I wanted them done or speak to me. When ‘ finished’ I had so much hair left and they were not shaped properly at all, I then told her that there was so much hair left and she was trying to say it was my eye brows. When I’ve had them done plenty of times else where and they have never looked like this. I’m really not happy with them and I will not be coming back.
