We have been using PCM for our business for more than 6 years and they do a great job. Their knowledge and response times are fantastic and nothing is ever a big problem. Highly recommended.

We run a small business and have been dealing with these guys for 3-4 years now and they have always been very responsive polite and helpful in a timely mannervery happy to recommend them and pleased to always have their best advice and occasionally visit them in store but more often tjhey are able to fix my probs remotely to save time and energythx again fellas

Pleeease remove all the other's I've been trying to write, but accidently sent, including this pathetically pleading preamble! You can tell how impressed I'm with the Ben and Saga; otherwise I would've given up long ago. So here goes!FANTASTIC! Couldn't be happier. Efficent, thourgh, fixed the problem & can't complain about the cost. Communication & people skills - great, especially when having to deal with a dinosaur's IT knowledge! Saga and Ben's patience & understanding was outstanding. I'm so impressed, I'm returing tomorrow to have my laptop upgraded & programmed to be more user friendly for me. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Peter has ignored my business phone calls for almost 5 months now. I had an email problem and he has (for some reason) refused to call me back. I have called, text, emailed and nothing. We have paid for a service and he has refused to honour that. Completely unprofessional.

First-class service! Thanks to all at this great local business who got my son's computer back on track after a few wires became crossed during a home build. Friendly, very reasonable, and deserving of more plaudits. Thank you PCM!
