Maximum Potential Calisthenics
I attended a handstand workshop last weekend. The workshop was very thorough and progresses step by step. I learnt a lot from the coaches and also other attendees. It was a great atmosphere. At the end of the workshop I almost did a handstand! I hope to join back as a member so I could do a proper one.

I'm in my first month of training with MPC and have found them to be an incredibly positive, welcoming, and inclusive community. Nathan is knowledgable, approachable and takes a sustainable approach to training - he observes and corrects to ensure I'm training safely, but also encourages me to go further without being too pushy. The park is a beautiful setting that offers so many ways to do different exercises, and the classes are small, so there's been plenty of time to ask questions and get advice. I love that the program is personalised and can meet you at any level. There's no competition and everyone just genuinely cheers each other on. Highly recommend!

Amazing training group! Coaches tailor made training plans for each individual upon goals and they really care about your progress and health. Fun, laughs and great workouts! That is what is calisthenics about.

Maximum Potential Calisthenics
These classes are a lot of fun and a great way to build strength! The bar skills and mobility classes are my favourite but all the classes are good and focus on different things. The coaches (Nathan, Dave and Andrea) are all super knowledgeable and tailored exercises for everyone.

Maximum Potential Calisthenics
I recently attended the handstand workshop conducted by Nathan, it was a super awesome workshop, Nathan broke down the handstand and did a bunch of drills using techniques I had previously struggled with, came back feeling a lot more confident and already see a marked improvement in my handstand attempts, the biggest being to reduce the dependency on the wall and trying the Handstand in an open area! Thanks and looking forward to mastering the hand stand soon!

Maximum Potential Calisthenics
I was never very fond of gyms and couldn't stick to one for more than a month. I thought I'll give MPC calisthenics a shot to see if it'd be any different and that turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. Nathan is the best coach I've ever trained under, always takes care of the whole class, gives scientific reasons as to why some exercises are performed a certain way and makes sure we get the best out of the class.Additionally the location is perfect - out in the open, good sunlight and fresh air. Must try for anyone who's looking for strength + flexibility and likes to train out in the open!

I’ve been training with MPC, and Nathan, in the city and Turruwul Park for over 18 months.I train 1 on 1 with Nathan and I have seen an enormous improvement in my strength, flexibility and overall health. Nathan’s knowledge translates into excellent and variable programs that continually challenge my body and mind which I find incredibly stimulating.With MPC I feel that I have found an ideal training program for me as I approach turning 50 in the best shape of my life.I cannot recommend this program enough!

MPC is a great place if you like to be active and want to be strong and it will quickly becomes your thing.I must say Nathan is a great coach, a mate and a great buddy to workout with. He is very knowledgeable in fitness.
