Central Wangaratta Motel
Arrived today with my tiny Dog and explained to the lady I was query gastro and needed a room as my Dad can NOT get sick so best I isolate. I was wearing a pt mask from the Hospital.I explainedined all this to the lady after buzzing 3 times & filled out my card details on paper. Room was 120 and can have a pet in your in a pet room. I said yes I do have a little dog and I queried her about why the extra fee if if already been book in a per Room. I was ever so polite to the lady and just told her it doesn t matter just book the room please. The absaloute nasty woman behind the counter asked me to leave as she felt I was threatening and she felt intimidated. I'm disgusted a business could treat a local like this. I wasn't an out of tower. I'm local and am disgusted. I'll be speaking to owners tomorrow.How rude

On arrival we experienced a problem with our dates - our fault - but the staff could not have been more helpful.It is an older motel but the room was spotless and comfortable with good quality bedding etc with everything we needed.1Very pleasant chat with the owners before we left in the morning and if we are travelling that way again this is where we would stay.Location was very good, handy to cafes, supermarket, hotels, etc - all easily walkable for an older couple.

Central Wangaratta Motel
we stayed 2 nights at the Central Wangaratta Motel. Once booked in, we were sent a detailed SMS with details to check-in to our room with simple to follow steps (since we were arriving late at night). The room was clean with heater facility. Bathrooms were very clean too with running hot water. Good parking space for the cars too. Perfect place to stay at with kids.Beautiful parks, good cafes, restaurants and shopping areas at just walking distance from the Motel.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. Very friendly, helpful. Staff, very clean and comfortable and although an older building very satisfactory. We had our dog with us and she was well catered for with a dog towel and drinking bowl. Great location , we loved our chocolates and will definitely stay again

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful, this was the second time last week. The stay was simply enjoyable, great location, cleanness, friendly owners and staff not forgetting Deb. Anything we needed Deb made it happened. I can Not complain of anything, it was just amazing. Such wonderful family!We live in Brisbane so one phone call and room was ready for us. Thanks so much for everything Deb, Ranjana & family we are looking forward for seeing you all in June again.We Highly recommend this place!Kim & Michael.

Clean, friendly helpful staff, free of street parking. Great location to shops, restaurants & hotels. Have stayed several times and will continue to stay at this motel.

Central Wangaratta Motel
For a 3 star it was superb. Absolutely spotless the pink tiled 1950s retro shower room had been re grouted. Beds comfy all the things you need. Fridge Microwave glasses cooling in fridge, bottled water, nice crockery etc. Even tissues. Plenty of pillows. So central and a short walk to a nearby pub for delicious food on a Sunday night when not much open.
