The waiting area is light filled, and it is easy to see the queuing/waiting screens and where to go once called.Staff are helpful, and luckily I only needed to visit twice to change over some regos etc.

I’d love to give 7 Stars for Georgia, earlier today im having superb seamless experience in ServiceNSW Hurstville, she is kindly explained to me and the service was quick! this is my first time having great service in ServiceNSW. which is usually they are rude and disrespectful to me. but not today, BRAVO GEORGIA!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️and happy with the nasal swab test box as well!!! Georgia is an asset for ServiceNSW, please acknowledge her good job!

Natalie the manager was very rude and didn't speak in a respectful way, her facial expression scared me gave me the impression she's doing everything but not helping me with the issues I came in for.Definitely not a helpful person

Had terrible experience, staff have bad attitude and visibly annoyed. The computers crashed before taking the HPT test and I failed my first attempt because the touch screens were non responsive. They insisted they never had this issue before. But the computer next to me had the same issue and the lady failed twice because of it. I had to pay for a second test which passed with ease. This branch need new staff and computer hardware.

Horrible horrible customer service. Was yelled at by the Filipino droopy eyelid manager. Was unhelpful and abusive in front of staff and other clients would give ZERO Star.

The service is fast.They're really nice, very patient and helpful, especially Aspa and the lady that approached us first (didn't see her name tag).
