Love the customer service!!!! Contacted Garmin to source a small replacement part (the keeper off my watch band - well out of warranty). No questions asked they immediately couriered out a whole new watch band! I have Vivoactiv 4s, great watch and a great company! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have ordered a Garmin watch beginning of Feb and since I haven't received it I enquired for the ETA and was told it would arrive mid May. But instead of a watch I received a cancelation notice without any further explanation.I contacted customer service and they told me they were not able to process my credit card. This is wrong! I contacted American Express and they confirmed that the watch was paid beginning of Feb.Not only the information from Customer service is poor, but also wrong using excuses instead of looking after the customer.

Garmin Varia RTL515. This is one of those products that you delay buying, in my case for many years, and then when you have it you realise it is a game changer. I am not sure why there is not more of a fuss made of this product. I use it with my Garmin 1040 head unit and it works perfectly. It reduces the continues stress that you have as a road cyclist of not knowing when there are cars being behind you, especially now that we have so many quiet EV's on the road. I have used it for over 500km and could not be happier. I cannot imagine anyone buying this product and regretting it.

I had a issue with my Garmin Golf Watch S62 as it malfunctioned when arriving back from overseas and Garmin offered to replace it Free of charge no questions asked and just outside its warranty as well. cant ask for better service than that!!!!

Your products don’t last much past the warranty. An expensive Vivofit 4 watch bought last year for Xmas and now it’s dead. You don’t respond to customer support emails and when your customer service number is contacted you sit on hold for over 30mins with no response. Great way to treat customers. Absolutely disgraceful.

Disgusting customer service. Refused to accept return of unused watch that did not do what I was told it would do. Watch never worn, packaging intact. Garmin claimed by registering the watch on the Garmin app null in voided the warranty! Reported to ACCC. About to take to small claims tribunal. Dishonest to the core

Was very happy with all 3 GPS devices I own and use UNTIL yesterday when I found that they will not be honouring the lifetime maps that were supplied with the units when I purchased them. My understanding of the lifetime maps would be supplied for the life of the unit not the owner. VERY DISAPPOINTING for all current users. Why couldn’t they just keep the lifetime updates for current owners and just not offer it for future sales?ADDED: I have now lodged this case with the Department of Fair Trading and am waiting for their response.

Some of the best products on the market being undermined by some of the worst service in the market. Six weeks after order confirmation I am still awaiting delivery of an item that was available and ready to be shipped in 3-5 business days.

I was recently making a purchase from the Garmin Australia booth at the Noosa Triathlon. The lady at the register wouldn’t process my purchase unless I gave her my personal details (name, phone, email). When I refused (I was also in a hurry) she replied she can’t take payment - the system perhaps didn’t let her (??).In the age of data leaks and increased emphasis on privacy, I expected more from you Garmin. Disappointedly I backed away from my purchase.

After reading some of the poor reviews I was a little concerned engaging with Garmin to fix an issue with a product I had purchased. I called them a total of 5 times. All of the operators were professional and helpful. Very happy with the resolution. Highly recommended +++
