Lovely service from a charming young man by the name of Jackson. We had a group of 30 customers and he got us all out in 15 minutes! Amazing. All the other workers there should take note of Jackson’s skills and ability because he really is the king of the ice cream. Such a beast.

Ice cream is nice. But the quantity is not. $33 on a tub and it wouldn't even had been a ltr. Very disheartened. Never again. Too much $$$ for very little ice cream.

Was disappointed on my birthday and my wife's birthday a couple of days before to claim our free icecreams only to find out that this 'Cold Rock' branded business doesn't honor this deal or any other on their app. No business from us for stingy business!

Ordered and prepaid for a birthday cake for a party at timezone. Went to pick it up on the day to be told they didn't have the cake. Had to run to coles and buy an ice cream cake. Was then told we couldn't get a refund over the phone. Never again. Couldn't give a no star rating.

Good service from the 2 young lads.What more to say? Nothing like washing down your savoury satisfied pallet with some sweets to top the night.Mix & match your flavours & end your night on a high.Cookies and cream, peanut butter & macadamia ice cream with Twirl, Kit Kat, Oreo. Yum!

My ex partner and I visited Cold Rock Ice Creamery Charlestown Square today, ANZAC day 2023, at approx 12:00am. We were served by a nice red-headed lass, who let the pair of us sample a large variety of delicious flavours. Lovely lady, too! She had a large skill-set when it came to mixing the icecream with our chosen toppings, and did so with passion and ease. Highly recommend Cold Rock Ice Creamery Charlestown Square, particularly if you are as lucky as wee were to be served by this red-headed gal.

The Ice Cream and the loaded shakes are nice but honestly the attitude of some of your staff need to improve there were 2 people doing 1 customer and they could have served me. shame on you cold rock, Charlestown lift your game or you will lose customers.
