This was a fantastic service delivered professionally and efficiently they replaced a variety of bulbs and my 3 bed house was all done in 30mins the team of two were polite friendly and clean. I'm looking forward to seeing the savings on my next electricity bill. Thanks to this wonderful Energy Saving initiative by VIC government.

Absolutely fantastic service, best of all it is a VIC government initiative to provide households with LED lights (a MASSIVE upgrade from standard incandescent light globes including savings of hundreds of dollars a year) as well as a free 'super-smart' meter which is a little device in your smart meter which allows you to check your energy usage with a tap of a button - it includes real time and historical usage and provides suggestions. Thank you for the great service!

Friendly approach, friendly service, but required them to come back next day as there was a problem with 2 bedside lamps, rang spoke to a person , said they would call me back, no callback. Rang 2 days later, left message asking them to call me back, still waiting for a call back, and I still have problems with my lamps. Not impressed and I don't recommend

These guys were great! Friendly from the first day there sales guy John popped around to advise of the opportunity. Fast and efficient friendly crew on the day of the bulb replacement. Owner also provides great customer service, happily arranged another appt at short notice for my partner. Thanks guys for the saving!

I'm happy with the service and installation. There was a bit of confusion with the appointment time which was not the fault of the electrician. He agreed to return at the correct time but was held up elsewhere so admin called to let me know. I appreciate that because often you're left hanging without an update. When the electrician arrived (I think it was John) the work was carried out efficiently and quickly.

The electrician was so nice and extra careful with my chandeliers. The whole service was on point! From the appointment setter to the schedule manager. I was surprised to have the service received on Sunday, because it was the only day it could fit my schedule. Very professional and the best part: PAID 0$!!!

My last couple of visits from the Energy Educators people have been outstanding in terms of professionalism, friendliness and kept promises. My first visit was to have my lights upgraded which was completed quickly and on time. The installer even cleaned the light covers for me without being asked!The next visit some months later was to have installed an electricity usage meter that shows me my power usage directly on my phone. ( both of these services were free by the way). Again, a friendly not pushy phone call asking if I’d be interested and because of the good service previously, of course I said yes. Again, on time, not pushy, quick clean and explained in layman’s terms. I can highly recommend Energy Educators as service focused and professional operators to any who choose to go with them.

The sparky they sent was super friendly and efficient. Lovely dude. Even showed up exactly on time. (Which is rare with these things, as each tradie can be very overloaded with work). All the globes he replaced are working very well and I have no complaints. He even offered to pay for a light fitting that was already starting to break, and he thought he broke it.
