Through the quote process, they were very professional and helpful. Perfect size allocation and good communication leading up to the pickup. Driver and team were very careful with possessions and worked very well as a team. It was very well packed and while the team were careful they were also good at removal of items and worked at a solid pace. Upon delivery the driver took care on unsealed road and made sure items would not move due to rougher than normal roads. Unpacking was a dream. Everything went exactly where needed and even throughout a hot long day they were able to keep a smile and sense of humor. 90m2 truck packed and unpacked in a single day. If I had to do it again I would go with this service without hesitation. In Safe Hands!

Moved from adelaide to regional town of SA quoted price was reasonable, company was great to deal with rang me day before with time of pickup and morning of, loaded belongings with care and could see they knew what they were doing. Terrible experience especially in such hard times being a single hard working dad having to move out with no where to go and having a bad back to top it off it took 550 dollers and 5 hours to move not even half a house or half a truck to be told that no more stuff will fit in my storage container which was not even 3 mins down the road to then have to organise someone else to do the job properly and it did all fit in the container and got it finished in less then 3 hours and for a lot less money too

I have used Anspach removals twice and my Daughter ones. On each ocassion our needs had been met. I can do no more other than recommend their service to anyone who is seeking a reliable service in moving their furniture items. I there for have no issue in using their service again.
