Actually they were great to deal with when we first did our install.I’ve tried contacting them since to expand our array, but it seems they have gone out of business.I hope I have no warranty issues over the next years.It really must be a cowboy industryOh wellGood luckCheers

21/2 years ago we expanded our existing solar system by another 2kW through Solar Australia Newcastle. We had a very good impression from the first contact we made. All the people we had to work with are very reliable and helpful. A warranty case with the inverter company came to a successful end, but only thanks the interventions from Solar Australia Newcastle Service Department. We would recommend Solar Australia Newcastle to anybody on the ground of the experience we made.

Good to deal with during order and installation and had a solid history. Now gone into liquidation so not available for service and warranties. No direct advice from company 're closure or warranty needs - final result very disappointing.

The inverter they sold me stopped working after 3 years. Tried to contact them but looks like they've gone out of business.

Customer service from this company requires a complaint and many calls to have any response. We wanted and paid for a 3kw system but 2x2kw invertors were installed, sounds like we were upgraded but infact we still only had 3kw in pannel (probably suited their stock level/bulk buying discount more than our needs) and this was split into two meters (not the most efficient way to go?) Result 2 inverts - 1 replaced with an older 'refrubished' invertor under warrant within 2 years of installaiton. Second one died one month later and company was into administration so no warranty and Solar Australia would only offer us to pay for 3rd party or for them to supply another 'superior' brand under our contents insurance... lol no thanks. This company recommends and sells invertors from companies that offer 10 years warrant but go into administration therefore no warranty as they only offer Manufacture warranty (in particular Macsolar). Would never recommend this company mostly due to their lack of customer service!
