DC Hair

I would not recommend DC Hair to anyone. My experience with them today was absolutely pathetic.I informed them I was starting work at 2, and asked how much a trim would cost. Their reply was $25 for a trim, and come back at 1pm for a hair cut. After waiting over 20 minutes for my 1 o'clock appointment I finally got into the room. The hair dresser then asked if I wanted more layers since mine had grown out, I said yes. Already in the chair with the cover over me she said it will be $35 with the layers trim as well. I felt obliged to say no and leave considering I was already in the chair and everything, but today's experience was absolutely pathetic and $35 for a trim + a trim with my layers is outrageous.
