It’s an ok experience, better than a non-business centre in a local shopping mall, but only just.My account manager Morgan is actually a pretty genuine, nice and helpful guy. Very happy with his service and will definitely call on his help again in the future.Overall though, the business centre feels drab, unorganised and outdated. A lot could be done here to improve this.It’s sad that the retail stores you see in malls feel so much more lively, but lack any kind of personal or professional service.Can’t have it all I guess.

What a fantastic service Tiffany Rees provided. She was knowledgeable,understanding empathetic and went out of her way to help us. She saved Telstra losing another customer! It is so refreshing to deal with a person like her.

No matter what they say, business is about good people and Braeden Clark is a legend. Nothing is too hard. Whilst we are surrounded with those who dodge their calls or emails towards the end of the day, on a Friday night, after hours Braeden was still reading his and not only did he read it, he contacted me and spent 30 minutes fixing the issue (caused by myself), refusing to accept any kind of reward or gratuity. Congratulations Braeden, you are a credit to yourself, your family and the business you help endlessly with that sort of attitude (helping a customer in need, still think you should name your drink). Thank you

I am a business customer - Phone and TabletHad an issue with cellular data on my iPad which I got from this centre. Before going in, I tried the generic support number where, after getting nowhere and then finally getting escalated to level 2, the technician proceeded to tell me that I should just be turning it off and on again and that it was basically my fault. The tone was as if I was bothering them with my issue and that I should have done more to fix it myself. After they did some “checks” in the background and a restarted the iPad, the Issue was resolved… for 2 hours then the same issue occurred.5 mins in the Telstra business centre, they checked and found data codes weren’t allocated and had it fixed in minutes.Telstra helpline is sub par but these guys in the business centre know what they’re doing. Good to have face to face help that understands your issue and know what to do to fix it; all with a welcoming and friendly attitude too.

Braeden assisted me with the purchase of a s22plus and a new plan. He went above and beyond what I expected of him. He was super helpful, lovely to deal with and even took the time to assist me with Samsung switching my data. He also helped with a follow up question the following day. Highly recommend Braeden. I have been dealing with Telstra for the past 3weeks, a simple thing for them to relocate my business telephones and numbers from one shop to another in the same shopping centre, firstly my case manager said all would be ok, a week later he contacted me and told me that I wouldn't have a phone or internet for 3 weeks due to a cancelled order he had placed,? Since then he has managed to get all phone lines disconnected, fantastic for any bussness, because he will not answer any emails ( Marcus Dass) has left me to deal with many other people resulting in about 30 to 40 hours on the phone and as yet I still have not been able to sort out the phone's, For Australia's biggest Telco for many years, I would never ever recommend them, and my problems are still on going even after today, Telstra unreliable, disrespectful, totally discustsing service.And yes I am proud to put my name at the top of this comment, Telstra useless.
