Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoyed my steak sandwich. More then half of the steak was inedible ….Ambiance was OK…staff were alright

Advertised $12 Espresso Martinis on sign out front, and when we ordered two, got charged for $19 / cocktail.When I went to the bar to find out why, they advised that they gave us the 'good' Espresso Martinis (which were average at best), and then just turned away without offering any other explanation.

As a long time resident of Canberra, I remember the days of the old Centre Cinema, which was located in the same place (or more precisely, under) this restaurant is now. I was pleasantly surprised to see many pieces of film and cinema paraphernalia all around the walls of this restaurant, which brought back nice memories of the times I used to come here to watch a movie. The food and drinks were good enough, but nothing to write home about. The staff, although not spectacular, were doing their jobs well and were not at all rude like many other reviews here suggest.

Disappointed, their online menu is not up to-date for cocktails. Order over the bar, within house menu also not up to-date. Ordered a cocktail however it came 2/3 full, value for money not worth the experience.

Quite expensive, below average quality food.I can imagine that the atmosphere would be a lof nicer with the place much busier, but it was dead.Service was pretty poor as well.

This was a nice quiet spot to catch up with a mate and have a quick meal. They had a lunch special which was good value and pretty good quality.
