A comfortable 3 star room at a reasonable price, location was handy, with eateris within walking distance. Management and staff were very friendly and rectified any issues we had promptly. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Would stay again.

We stayed one night in a family room. The room was clean, freshly painted with an elegant bathroom area. Bedding was crisp and inviting with super, soft pillows, the rainfall shower was just fabulous.As for the service - absolutely lovely. Victor was so friendly, welcoming and helpful.Is was a pleasure to stay in this refurbished motel, we will be back!

The Mulgrave Motel
The host was very warming and kind. Offered us cold bottle water and soft drink when we checked in. My 7yr old daughter was so touched by her kindness she left a note saying thank you when we left. The host was also very accomadating for us to have a late check out. Room was nice and clean, renovated with new bathroom. We only stayed 1 night but definitely will come back again.

My husband and I stayed at The Mulgrave Hotel for just over a week. Victor and Sarah were very inviting and anything we needed, they attended to us promptly. Excellent service. The room was cosy and the bed was comfortable and new. The sheets and towels were fresh and crisp, which was perfect to come back to after a long day out. The shower was very relaxing and a cleaning crew came by everyday. We highly recommend The Mulgrave Hotel.

We stayed one night. The owner was lovely - thank you for the drinks and Tim Tam's! The room was clean, neat and bed very comfy. Shower was hot and good pressure. Quiet motel, good location for local pub and restaurants.

This Motel was my home away home for a few weeks. Victor and Sarah are amazing, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have stayed in ever in a Motel and Netflix available was just awesome! Rooms smelt so clean and fresh! Cleaning team were very nice, always topped me up with tea and coffee and biscuits :) This is my new go to place when I need to go to Melbourne.

Soooo we were looking for a short stay with a cheaper price and we saw the Mulgrave Motel, the place was nice, unfortunately was not so clean (hair in the bathroom and etc)The location is about 30 min away from the attractions we went to, so I wouldn't say the Best location, but again for the price, was ok.My favorite thing was that we had Netflix!Although the internet was NOT the best.. I still managed to enjoy the room and its facilities.Keep in mind the bed was really soft, to those who prefer a harder mattress.Overall I would recommend one or two nights here top and just for sleep - a go in-go out kind of stop.P.sVictor at the desk was very welcoming and was very responsive via booking messagings when I asked about parking and wifi.

The staff are very friendly & nothing was too much of an effort. Clean, neat & tidy rooms with plenty of parking & centrally located with pub & shops close by. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & Highly recommended.
