Had a great experience for my first time of getting a Brazilian wax would highly recommend this salon

My auntie and I booked in for a beautiful facial and massage treatment. Mel was kind enough to squeeze us in at very short notice. I have never had a facial before and it was incredible and so relaxing I fell asleep during the foot massage! Thank you all so much!

In all honesty I find it hit and miss I’ve had 2 good experiences with a beauty therapist there, then other times I saw Lauren and it wasn’t a good experience at all the eyebrow service was rushed and all she did was try and push the skin products the whole appointment and all I wanted to do was relax. She did not know how to read a room.And another complaint I have is why is it so hard to get an appointment I will walk in or ring and I get the same answer I’m sorry we don’t have any appointments today, tomorrow! So I don’t bother anymoreVery disappointed…

Fabulous day spa in Gervey Bay.Great location at Stockland shopping centre.Easy to get everything in one place.Serenity spa staff Member Alice has looked after me from day 1,Great advice, service and follow up the day after incase there were any concerns.Highly recommended.Do need to book well in advance as they are extremely busy.

It's most of the time lovely! But recently I was told that they would be an extra 10 minutes waiting (which was fine cause there always 10 mins but never tell us) but they ended up being 45 minutes. Very annoyed ahout that because me and my friend had minimal time together,and i was going to go somewhere, but we ran out of time.
