Worst customer experience! Called their 24/7 line several time….no answer, what’s the point of having an emergency line when you are not going to help your clients in need and the person working on the online booking site refused to help despite knowing that my case was an emergency one…everyone that works there just redirected me to the same emergency contact which no one seems to ever answer…pathetic! It’s actually a zero stars for me!

Appalling service. I wish I could give a no star rating. My experience was that they are only interested in sales and not the customer service that follows. Which is a huge disappointment because Timika seemed so nice And promised that she would reply to emails if we had questions ect but when it was crunch time she was no where to be found. Prior to going overseas she didn't bother reply to emails I sent and than while I was overseas and had a major flight delay she called me 1x (which I missed) and she didn't bother even trying again to call me or help me put my mind at ease. I had to get family member in australia to call their helpful agent from flight centre nuriootpa to do tamikas job. My family couldn't believe how terrible the after sales service was and neither could I. What a huge disappointment after spending so much money with her. Never again!

I rang a few weeks ago and spoke with a young woman who took my details and promised to call me the next day as it was 3pm and they were about to close for the day.Several weeks later and no phone call back.I attempted a half dozen times to call FC back but got put through an answering machine which told me it was full and I would need to call again.If this is the service thank goodness I wasn't able to book my flight and trip around America with these people.

Extremely disappointed and angry with them they messed up my wife's flight had to try and book another flight lost a days work and l found one of the Manager's by the name of Chris there to be very arrogant I've also heard the Flight Centre has messed up other people's flights as well l doubt whether I'll ever go back there again l give them an almost 0 rating

Never ever go here...tell you your flying Singapore..pick your tickets up and find out 2nd leg with scoot...if I had known that would have purchased another option probably cost me more than double now

Staff are very friendly & imformative plus very helpful regarding plane flights & planning a trip also very convenient as for location as I live locally.

Called today and got a person that was very rude, her name was Amanda. Not a friendly tone and was not happy to help, I did buy tickets from this place, probably won't again and now not going to buy insurance from them either. Maybe it's because it's getting close to closing time, btw the time was 3:30pm. That is my review for today. Thanks Amanda.

This used to be a fantastic travel agency it booked us several wonderful holidays. Our most recent experience was terrible for example, a lack of communication, we weren't advised of a flight change to 0630 until the day before. Fortunately we found out six weeks earlier from someone else and booked an airport hotel. Calls and emails were not returned, we are still waiting on a refund from a flight cancellation amongst others.

Booked a couple of holidays through these guys now. All the staff have been great, friendly and very helpful
