Stayed 2 nights, beautiful place with friendly campers as neibours. Nice and quiet. Wildlife aplenty

Great spot to free camp. Mountain bike trails are great for kids - but be warned that the signage is terrible (it only makes sense if you completely ignore the arrows towards the campground, but even then it sometimes pays to check your map). Our 8 year old daughter rode the Big Loop and was starting to get annoyed with the track a bit over halfway, but then the trail went through Gnomesville" and she perked right up - this is a real hidden gem which makes the track something special for kids!"

Shady, flat campsite. We stayed on a sunday night in summer and there were about 20 other camps, but heaps of space. Long drop toilets close by. Friendly wildlife. Pretty good for a free camp. Clean too, not much rubbish lying around.

Nice campground with lots of shady trees. Also has campfire cooking facilities. Lovely spot to spend a couple of days.

Great campsite ,heaps of room for everyone , even biggest caravans. Fire pits but you’ll need to bring your own wood as very little downed timber around. Echidnas, parrots, kangaroos and I think I saw Wombat poo. Great mountain bike tracks to ride.Drop dunnies. Sadly Parks VIC seem to not do any cleaning of these toilets so they are pretty messy and no toilet paper, bring your own.

Amazing space, we were here two days after Christmas and there was room for everyone. Wallabies everywhere, we saw koalas and rosellas and there was a chorus of kookaburra when we woke up. There are no showers, just drop box toilets, but they were clean and freshly emptied. The firepits are built in, fire is only allowed in the pits, but there are plenty, as well as picnic tables and a communal area. Id have stayed here longer of we had time. Ill be back. Next time with the dog.

Really great campground. Plenty of flat areas to set up camp. About four kilometres from the coast and fishing in the Surrey River. Lovely coastline, very handy to Portland. Heaps of wildlife.

This place is just lovely. A really pretty spot to camp. There is a toilet but no water. Come equipped. We got to see a few wallabies. There is a lot of space for many cars. Access relatively easy.
