We had Mitch and Tom install 2 solar panels, 2 x power Paul batteries and a 3000w inverter in out crusader Prince van before we left on our big lap. The installation was very professional, the after sales support exceptional and their price was very reasonable. They also fixed up what another installer hasd supposedly done right the first time…. Very happy and would recommend to anyone needing any electrical work done on a vehicle. Duncan Payne.

Outstanding customer service! Staff took a lot time to help diagnose and offer options of repair over the phone before I even turned up. Then after the work was done, they went the extra mile and dropped it off around the corner to the mechanics who were doing the blue slip for me. Great service, communication and professionalism. Deadest couldn't be happier. The quality of the workmanship was exceptional.Tom and Mitch have been excellent to deal with particularly with the multitude of last min changes by what i'm sure would be considered by most as an annoying customerNothing was to hard or impossible. They Solutioned the build in a tidy and timely manner with practicality at the forefront of the solution.I'm based in Sydney and would happily drive 10 hours rounds trip again to do the build. Have been to a few auto elecs and can confirm there guys are a step above.If your doing a canopy fit out or anything Auto Elec related . Give them a buzz super grateful for their assistance

We were en-route from Brisbane to Melbourne when we identified our Anderson Plug was damaged. We called Hi Tech Elec and were told to come in. Within 5 minutes the damaged cap was replaced, along with some advice on how to route the cord from the Teardrop camper trailer to the car. Prompt, cheerful service. Many thanks. Highly recommend!

Tom came out and diagnosed my problem quickly. He started my car then sourced and fitted a battery within the hour. Very quick and helpful service.
