We had Troy from O'Brien Electrical out to install a new split system ac and remove an old one. Super happy! He was right on time, explained anything I didn't understand and provided a fantastic quote on the spot. Troy was punctual and left zero mess or packaging which was much appreciated. Will be recommending O'Brien Electrical and definitely getting them back for more in the future.

Troy was very pleasant to talk to. When he gave the quote he explained the pros and cons of the product in great detail and gave us his recommendations. He was not at all pushy, left us to make our own decisions. When he arrived to install the system, he was on time, open to suggestions and very accommodating. His work was neatly done, and he gave a lot of attention to detail, we wish him well in his future endeavours.
