No Signs of which way you should be parking and speakers to yell at customer if parked in opposite directions for petrol. Her name was Kellie and she is bias to black coloured skin. Someone else parked the same way she did nothing and I took a photo of her play with the blinds. Management needs to be questioned this type of behavior should not be tolerated.

Had a very poor experience at this store.The guy who looks bald with very thin hair and bear working on xmas day at around 1 o’clock was very rude. Does not know how to speak with customer.He speaks as if he is the owner of the store, very very rude. Never had such bad experience in any service station before.I would suggest management to provide him with proper training before he serves the customer again and handles the till.Happy to provide further information. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms. Most well-stocked petrol station I have visited along the Hume Hwy, water in buckets with soap to clean the windscreen, paper towels and no overflowing bins. Perfect when driving long distances to be able to clean the insects off the windscreen especially driving throughout the night.

The service is great however the surrounds outside are absolutely discusting.. rubbish everywhere . Garbage bins full to the brim,So sad for the Gateway to Goulburn!

One of the spacious resting area. They operate 24 hrs. Near by shop olivers" provide a great breakfast and have shower and toilet facilities. A safe place to revive and survive during a long journey. Nearby there are motels and McCafe."

Truck showers really good, clean, only problem was water kept going hot cold hot cold. Only happened about 4 times. But would definitely go for a shower again here.
