Arlene’s templates for hair and make up artists had me so excited that I had to purchase as I was ready to take my business to the next level of professionalism to target the brides I’m after. The template I picked is modern and sophisticated looking and I’m loving personalising it with my own work and story. We have done a few jobs with Arlene now and I can’t speak more highly of her. She’s easy to work with, incredibly helpful, flexible yet always calm and professional. She’s exactly the kind of support I was looking for. To be honest, we weren’t sure what to expect at the beginning but she surprised us with her talent, ability to meet tight deadlines and digital know-how. She understood our brand and the business after only one job, quite incredible considering the lengthy training we do with others. By the time she completed her second project with us, which was a new product campaign and Mailchimp newsletter, we needed no revisions or edits as it was beyond our expectations. The best part for me personally, is that while Arlene was working on this project, I spent a day away from my computer and in front of new customers. Working on the business and not in it as they say, which for a small business owner can be difficult to achieve at times! We already have more work lined up for Arlene.

I didnt know what I was missing out on until Arlene came into my life!! As a bridal makeup artist and hair stylist I thought my system was adequate, but with her prior beauty background combined with her skills she has been able to elevate my system into something I hadn't of even dreamt of. She has given me more time back which as a mum of 3 is much needed, and my clients are gaining so much more from me! Further to that, I also got her to do my website- again stunning beautiful work.
