The quote was in line with a google quote but we felt very comfortable with Frank and that WHS issues would be solved with correct machinery etc as the works were tricky in terms of safety. It almost seems like more time was spent on preparation than on the painting itself, which tells me that the result should be excellent and long-lasting. I am on the other side of a nightmare with another painter 5 years ago and I couldn't get the painter that did the reparations for me following the shoddy work that cost tens of thousands of dollars and failed within 2 weeks. Assuming that the painting doesn't fail, which given the preparation I doubt that it will, I would highly recommend Panoramic Painting Group for any works.
