I love doing yoga with Maria feel great after a session and usually have a good laugh during as well. Its sort of Australian yoga so no difficult Indian positions to put myself into. So the best

Maria Kirsten Yoga for Grownups
While on holiday from England my sister in law Linda took me to one of your sessions. It had been around 35 years since I did yoga. Maria made me feel very comfortable and showed me certain exercise to help my hip. Wish I could of packed you in my suitcase and taken you home with me. Thank you Maria hope to see you on 2 years when I come back. xx
