I have been a loyal customer of Nightingale’s pharmacy for eight years, but after the obnoxious ‘service’ I received today, never again. When I complained about the the rude behaviour the pharmacist behaved like it was me who was rude. I get that with Covid 19 retail staff have had it tough, but the pharmacist today was clearly being hyper vigilant and got the completely wrong end of the stick.

I’ve been a customer of Nightingales for 10+ years. Today I went in to get my iron supplement that was originally given to me by the naturopath there (who is lovely by the way) I’m anaemic, so it’s an important supplement for me. I was told that the naturopath was with a client and the bottles were in her office. I was asked to come back later. Why keep the supplements in her office if they’re not easily accessible to the staff and her patients who need them? I don’t have the time to come back later or the extra money to spend on fuel because I don’t live in Kalamunda. I won’t be coming back later or ever. Makes me so mad that I spent over $400 on naturopath appointments and I can’t even access the supplements that I need.

I saw Ana, one of the Naturopaths at Nightingales for an initial consultation today. Ana is kind and warm, she made me feel at ease. I’m excited to follow our plan and to see some changes in my well-being. I would definitely recommend Ana to my friends and family.

***Warning *** if you are taking long term medication it might be best to check your pricing because from my experience I was paying over 162% more than I could from another popular outlet.When I went back to the store to see if it was a mistake the rude lady said I cannot compete with that and walked away.

My local chemist, great selection of items instore. Management have hired exceptionally well with the instore staff. Friendly and sincere!
