Ben and his team did a fantastic job cleaning the outside of our house and the tiled areas. The house looks so clean amazing and they were so professional. Ben couldn't have been more helpful. I highly recommend having this done to your house.

We have moved from Sydney recently , and you know, the stress is real moving generally, plus moving to a new state etc...I’ll keep it short!New house, lovely place, but our driveway was driving me crazy!Contacted Ben from Astute, and from the beginning everything went easy! We are very happy with the product and service provided by Ben from Astute Asset Management. He took the time to show us multiple samples and what he think would look best given our colour scheme and size of area. Even when my wife thought she had changed her mind half way through the project he was very understanding and welcoming of suggestions. Of course we went with what we had decided but the customer service level provided and friendliness was something that not many companies offer. I would highly recommend to anyone that was needing similar services.

Ben arrived at the agreed time, worked efficiently to produce a really good result leaving our exterior terracotta tiles and concrete path spotlessly clean.He tidied up the work area and even reconnected the hose to the tap which usually is overlooked by tradesmen. I am currently arranging for him to return to clean the eaves because I am so pleased with the tiles.I highly recommend his services.

Ben was very professional in his approach and keeping us appraised of his timing. He did a great job on our astro turf tennis court - we did not think that it was possible that it would come up looking as good as Ben was able to get it using his equipment. Highly recommended.

Ben did the job in a fraction of the time it would have taken me with a gurney and done a much better job. I reckon I saved myself at least 2 day's work. I definitely recommend using Ben as he has the right equipment to do concrete cleaning efficiently and effectively.

Astute Asset Management helped us solve a problem that I didn't think was going to be solvable! After laying our driveway pavers over Christmas, we got efflorescence and even worse, fading of the pavers over a VERY large area of around 40 squared meters. I was honestly at a loss as to how we were going to solve this. Ben not only brought our pavers up to looking like new again (see pic), but he was a true professional from the first call right through to invoicing. I was kept in the loop at all times and it was refreshing to receive a no-nonsense service where they did everything they said they would.I can't recommend Astute Asset Management highly enough. Great service, professional in every possible way and a good person to boot. WOW - I just had Ben from Astute Asset Management come and give my house a spring clean" - yes I know its Autumn - but better late than never.... what I asked from Astute was a general clean of my driveway and back patio - and what I received from Ben was a complete overhaul of my hard surfaces - he even cleaned my solar panels - the before and after photos that he provided with his invoice were impressive -Ben went above and beyond all expectations - and I would certainly recommend Astute for a cleanup of your house - business premises - or fencing - even your solar panels - I am sure I will get a better solar rebate now that they are cleaned up and "bat poo free"!!!
