Donna and her team have handled, with great professionalism, our body corporate that is disheveled and extremely difficult to deal with. They have set up systems that have structured our decision making and finances and enabled us to agree to major works that would never previously have gone ahead. After terminating the contract with our previous strata managers for being hopeless and pricey, we contracted Inner East Strata Management Services (IESM) after meeting with principal Donna Foster. Donna and her staff really know their stuff and are far more affordable than competitors out there. Replies to emails are quick and there is always someone to talk to when you ring - unlike our previous strata managers who never replied to emails and messages had to be left because no-one was ever there to speak to. IESM now have our budget and maintenance issues under control - a big difference to our previous strata managers. Maintenance issues are always attended to quickly and at affordable costs. I would happily recommend IESM to any Owner's Corporations looking to improve service and cost.

We engaged IESMS in June 2020 to look after our apartment block and they have lived up to Donna’s commitment of personal attention and dedication. There were numerous big and small projects that needed to be undertaken on the property as a result of outstanding items from our previous agent. Andrea, our property manager, has taken these in her stride and gone above and beyond to address these issues, ranging from challenging neighbours and broken fences, property reporting, to dealing with insurance issues over a non-compliant roof. Inner East Strata Management have been absolutely fantastic in managing our property.
