Mark arrived punctually and fitted the 4 cameras to my property promptly and with no mess, he removed all packaging and left me with a brand new fully working camera system which he showed me the basics of how to operate it then said he would email me the manual which he did that same day. Unfortunately, due to my technical incompetence I couldn't make head or tail of the manual so I emailed him with a few questions. He came back to my house the very next day and calmly gave me a very detailed walk through in person of everything I wanted to know. Exemplary service, he told me to ring him immediately should anything else arise.Highly recommended for competitive pricing, excellent installation and for the after sales support which you rarely see these days.

Mark installed cctv, alarm and intercom. Very professional and efficient service. Set up all the apps and explained how everything worked. When I upgraded my phone I couldn’t work out how to get the apps going again. Emailed Mark and he quickly replied explaining what needed to be done. No stupid question is a problem for him. Mark replies with kindness and explains things simply. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Service, Fantastic Systems!!I had my alarms installed in my whole house by Mark over 10 years ago and he was very professional and the system works like a gem. I have had no issues with them at all. They are of high quality and I highly recommend his systems. I had security cameras, intercom & alarm system installed in our new house build over a year ago by Mark based on his professional advice on suitability of products for the budget we set. The systems have been running with great reliability since. I have needed some advice along the way on optimising my system which he kindly helped me with by both phone & email. I also had a wifi that was very old and my intercom & camera alarm mobile notifications was frustratingly slow which I finally addressed with an upgrade to a wifi 6 system, however, the systems Mark installed needed reconfiguring. Mark kindly on his next visit to our neighborhood updated the setting on our systems with everything working better than ever. Great after sales service !
