Big shout out to Nathan who kept us updated with delivery of spa and Sosi and Justin who actually carried out the delivery. We had limited access to our yard but they were confident they could get it in. And they did. It was alot of maneuvering but great care was taken to avoid all hazards in the tight space we have. The guys were friendly professional and on time. We did have a hiccup with initial delivery date but they really made up for it second time round and with delivery being delayed by 24 hours. It was lucky we could rearrange things. So they came good on the goods and we are happy customers.

Unfortunately Bramleys were engaged to deliver a spa from Brisbane to Terrigal - not only were they late on two separate occasions (the driver had been on the road for 16hrs straight by the time they arrived at my place), there staff were so rude even to go as far as saying that one of the Directors worked in an office and didn't know how things were done. In the end they refused to move the spa into our home even though their Director had said it could be done. Without even asking the movers took the spa back without even giving us the option of choosing an alternate location. The three drivers should all be dismissed and I hope the Spa company chooses a new transport company. Give this company a wide miss.

Rude, abusive and aggressive crew. Asked them to move their vehicle as this vehicle was making it hard to get into my driveway!I can understand that the moving crew had little options and also priority to get on with the job however I'd have expected the onsite crew to at least call their manager/supervisor to handle it.Instead the crew decides to become abusive. In the end I was forced to take images of the vehicle and then find your client and have them compel your crew to resolve the situation. I suppose you can't expect better if you pay your crew very little and charge your clients a premium.I'd encourage others to choose any other removalist company - I've had great experience with Nuss Removals or Blue Lion - their crews were proffessional, clean and helpful.
