My partner and I were first homebuyers who were new to the area, and we appreciated their guidance on the potential and pitfalls of every property we saw, as well as their fantastic connections to agents all over Newy and Lake Mac. They managed to secure us the perfect place off-market at below-market rates in the middle of a housing boom — not an easy feat! I cannot recommend Property 101 Solutions more highly and anyone looking for a home or investment in the current crazy real estate market would be disadvantaging themselves by not using their services.Although we first brought the property we ended up purchasing to Property 101’s attention, it turned out to be a highly complex transaction that took weeks of negotiation.
