I came for late night shopping nails. I will be back for Ryan. He is genuinely passionate about nails and his work. It definitely shows. I am obsessed with my nails and with him! Thanks Ryan!

I was still welcomed in to have my nails done, even though I had arrived just before they were about to close up. The lovely technician still took her time and worked her magic on my nails...love them!

I’ve been a regular at the place, but unfortunately the quality of the services has gotten worse. First, it’s a mess… you have to explain and repeat what you want to different people multiple times-it’s like they don’t communicate to each other. My pedicure was horrible. Then a lady came to check if it was dry and put her finger on my nails and it blurred some of them which she tried to fix with her finger again. It looked terrible then she decided to remove and do it again. Very badly done. It happened before, but I never complained because we can see the staff is extremely busy and as long as it looks ok I’m fine with it, but today was too much. I left and went to another place to get another pedi as I’m going to travel and would like to look nice. They wanted to charge me extra for something they said they gave me the wrong price and I said I explained what services I was looking for to at least 4 people, the girl didn’t charge me but she was with an upset face for the rest of my time there. You have now a bigger and better place, you could try to be more organised and treat customers with more respect.

asked for chrome nails but the girl applied so little even if i asked for more. it was an extra +$20 just for the chrome. and i feel it was not worth it at all. before getting started with my nails, i had to sit and wait for 35mins , and i was not the only one. there were few other customers that was waiting heaps long too. if you were full and lack of staff you shouldn’t be taking customers in , instead reschedule for another time . very bad service wont go here again

Very poor service. Went here for a manicure before my wedding, they cut my cuticles and two of my fingers were bleeding. They did not apply any antiseptic, just continued with the manicure despite my fingers bleeding. Made me pay half way through the manicure. Chairs were dirty and covered in stains. No evidence of any sterilization of the equipment they use. Would give zero stars if I could.

my nails took 2 hours for the simplest design ever and my other two friends i came with were finished in like 30 minutes. and they had to sit there and wait. i wanted to do a design but because they took too long to actually start my nails i didnt have time to stay for longer so just opted for one colour. the nails are so pretty though.

Wanted a pedicure colour with a foot massages however i got charged for just nail paint. They painted my nails nice but im a bit disappointed they didnt listen to what i wanted. I asked about it and they said next time.I dont think there will be a next time I'm sorry

Had a great experience with their services. Got a full set with some designs and I was very happy with my results. All of the staff were also very accommodating and friendly and really pay attention to detail when doing nails. Will definitely be coming back here.

The staff asked me if I was happy with the shapes and the colours few times during the process. I had positive experience and absolutely love the outcome!! My go-to place for chrome nails:)
