Parag was the person who came out to check/repair our Bosch condenser dryer that kept telling us it needed emptying.He kept us up to date of his arrival time as he was delayed.I had read very favourable reviews about him and he didn't disappoint. He was friendly, courteous and helpful with tips on what to do and how to access the area at fault if we needed to again. There aren't many tradies out there these days who are willing to let you know how to fix the problem when it's a simple one.We would definitely use this company again and I will let others know as well. Parag came out to fix my washing machine. He was held up on the day but kept me informed the whole time as to how long he would be. He arrived and sorted out our issue. Booked to come back a couple of days later with the part that needed to be replaced. Again kept me informed as to when he would be at our house. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Very happy with the experience.Customer service and Parag's communication was excellent.Technician `arrived on time` as promised.Problem with dishwasher couldn't be re-produced when Parag came. He left his mobile number and asked to sms him directly if I see an error again. Same evening dishwasher displayed an error and stopped working. After I messaged Parag he replied instantly and found another time to come on-site. He came and quickly fixed my dishwasher. Would recommend company and Parag to my friends.

Parag came out to repair our dryer , he rang in the morning & also half an hour before he arrived. He fixed the dryer promptly, and was courteous . Very happy after being let down by other repair people for other appliances in the past . Thank you
